Small Family Breeder of High-Quality Australian Bordoodles
We started our breeding adventure with Willow our beautiful blue merle border collie and Teddy our cream stud mini poodle.
We were so delighted with the puppies we decided to expand by adding another 2 girls to our family. Indie (another merle) and Echointime Lavender Kisses Lyla aka Pud joined our family in 2021. Our dogs are our family pets and live inside our home with us, the girls whelp inside (in our family room or where-ever they feel most comfortable (even if that happens to be our bedroom) where we can watch over them and make sure the puppies are safe and receive the best possible care and attention.
We live on 13 acres in Montville so our dogs have plenty of space to roam, run and play. Stacey works from home so the dogs have plenty of interaction and attention daily, we feed them a wide variety of human grade food and vet quality dry biscuits, all new pups get introduced to a variety of tastes and treats..
Why we got Involved in Breeding
We thought we’d like to breed an incredible family dog by crossing the two smartest dog breeds, the border collie and the poodle to create a loving family pet. Low shedding, loyal, moderate activity requirements, highly trainable and very child friendly, I honestly believe Bordoodles are pretty much the perfect family dog. They're a mix of a Border Collie and a Poodle, which gives them the best of both worlds. They're really smart, which means they're easy to train and can learn all sorts of fun tricks. Plus, they're full of energy and love to play, so they're perfect for families with kids.
They're also super affectionate and get along with just about everyone, which makes them great for families with different ages and personalities. And on top of all that, they don't shed a lot, so they're great for people with allergies. They are also very versatile dogs, not just being great for family life but also for agility, obedience and other sports. They also have great sense of smell and love outdoor activities such as hiking and running. Overall, they're pretty much the perfect family pet!

Our Special Touch
We chose our girls because of their temperaments and gorgeous colours... Willow being blue merle, Indie chocolate merle and Lyla our beautiful lilac girl. Our Border Collies are not from working lines so they are NOT crazy, hyperactive, obsessive dogs, they are moderate on the activity scale unlike other border collies that need a lot of exercise and stimulation. The pups our girls have produced are really well tempered loyal loving alert intelligent well behaved dogs - we are so proud of them all.
